Kapha - Winter Time!

Ayurveda is one of the most ancient healing systems of our time. It allows for individuals to keep themselves in balance by tuning into the current season & symptoms associated with that season.

We are currently in the time of Winter, where Kapha is imbalanced (combined elements of Water and Earth) and we may be feeling lethargic, have a "dull" mind and complacent.

  2. Interesting! Definitely notice all the increased kapha symptoms and would like to try suggestions but must ask - what is an example of a light, dry warm food that isn't toast?
